Profinca (Profesionales Inmobiliarios Catalanes) was born in 1982 as a company that has witnessed the evolution of the property market for more than four decades. Founded by Jaime Kleinrok Miedvietzky, a visionary entrepreneur and head of the family, Profinca was created with the aim of finding opportunities in the sector, raising capital for acquisitions and investing in CAPEX to maximise the added value of its properties.
Today, under the leadership of the second generation with Isaac Kleinrok, Profinca continues to evolve and adapt to the challenges of the 21st century. Isaac has carried on his father's legacy, focusing on creating and maintaining a real estate ecosystem where honesty and professionalism are fundamental pillars.

We also act as partners to the funds, using up to 10% of our own funds as capital. This reaffirms our commitment and demonstrates a real ability to align ourselves with the interests of clients and investors.
