Nota simple del Registro, certificado energético, cédula de habitabilidad, último recibo del IBI, certificado de la comunidad de estar al corriente de pago y, si el edificio la tiene, la ITE. Si le faltan la cédula o el certificado energético, se los tramitamos nosotros (ver precios).
